Welcome to Beyond Nutrition Counseling! I'm Emily Compton, owner and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist dedicated to guiding you toward a balanced and joyful relationship with food. My journey into nutrition began with a deep desire to help others break free from the cycle of dieting and embrace intuitive eating.

I'm proud to be a Verified Treatment Provider through Project HEAL—an organization working to break down systemic barriers to eating disorder treatment.

Through this partnership, I’m able to offer sliding-scale nutrition counseling to clients who may otherwise be unable to access care. I believe that healing should never be a luxury, and that cost should never be the reason someone doesn’t get support. Everyone deserves compassionate, affirming care—regardless of background, identity, or financial circumstance.

Accessible healthcare is at the heart of my practice, and working with Project HEAL allows me to extend that mission beyond traditional models of care.
